  1. i actually thought the music was absolutely hot, truly classics night. he did play quite a few vocals in the begining but i didn't mind them. the only part of teh night that was bleh was when he went a little nuts with deep chemical. but he spun all the oldschool shit that i wanted to hear. great night, i do agree that 40 bucks is a little much, but i paid 20 so im not complaining.

  2. oh man, 5 pm and i just woke up, haha. def a good night as far as music was concerned. i loved it, he plays just like i like it, no vocal shit that he used to do at factory for 45 mins, hard beats all night long. dirty filthy, ahhh, hot track, i was going off on that. buuuut, the crowd, ehhh, not so good. the drug use is gonna land these guys in trouble if this is how it always is there, that was my first time there on a sat night, and it's really sad. i was there till past 6 last night totally sober, it is possible, i guess some people don't realize that you can have fun and not be fucked up. at least go in the stall and do your bumps, i don't know how many people i saw on the main floor just bumping away. anyway, good night music wise, crowd def needs to get it's act together, i guess no one learned their lesson from factory.

  3. i def see my appetite go through the roof when im lifting heavy and not cutting. i think once your body gets used to more food it kinda just stays that way. when im cutting and i have a bigger than usual meal i can feel it right away, i feel like my stomach is about to burst. but when im just eating normally and lifting hard i eat a lot more in general and can down much bigger portions in one sitting. as long as you're working hard and still within reasonable caloric intake go for it.

  4. there have been published studies that i've read about in magazines as well as online that doing cardio after lifting is more muscle sparring. that's what i usually do when i do cardio on the same day that i lift, which is only when im trying to cut up. i usually do my regular routine and then about a half hour of cardio to finish things off. on non lifting days i do about 45+ mins depending on how i feel.

    i def give my body time to rest on the weekends though, and i can tell within a week of starting same day lifting/cardio that im starting to get leaner.

  5. hey guys

    i'll be coming down to south beach this weekend (thurs to sunday nights) from jersey and just wanted to find out if there's anything special going on. last time i was down there was last august, and we checked out crobar, space, and nikki beach, all places were pretty hot, i had a great time.

    i already saw that dj dan is gonna be at crobar on sat night, is edgar v still the resident at crobar fridays? im used to going out in nyc most of the time and we have house pretty much all over, are there any good house spots anywhere that are worth checkin out?

    i def wanna check out nikki beach again, just for the venue that space is awesome, i have no clue who spins there though.

    so if anyone has any ideas let me know, i can't wait to get down there, sitting at work right now counting down the hours.

  6. and the sugar free one tastes like ass

    no way, sugar free redbull + some vodka, gets you messed up. that's my pregame drink of choice when im watching my calories and still wanna drink.
