had an awesome time. got there probably around midnight, the place was still getting filled up. roger started off pretty mellow, so we just hung out waiting for it to get a litlte harder. then he just took off, dropped a lot of awesome tracks, not sure of the names off the top of my head, but if you've been listening to his show lately he played a lot of the same stuff. very good night all in all. place was jumping with plenty of people, pretty good crowd. another good night at crobar.

they sell expensive things, things that would be just as expensive if you get them at another store selling it.
the service does suck though, everyone in there has an attitude. you work in retail, relax.

im not a bartender but i've heard from all of my friends that do that it's a waste of time to go to bartending school. you won't get hired just cause you have the cert, it's better to have real experience and just know what you're doing.

just to do some simple math, you're looking to put on 2.5 lbs of lean muscle mass every single month. meanwhile you're eating white bread, drinking soda, and taking weight gainer. cmon dude. and you're working out 3 times a week? not gonna happen. cut that in half and add in some fat, that would be a more realistic goal.

those things are more of a mindfuck if anything. you think, oh i have to have more energy, let me go ten extra minutes on the cardio. just do your thing in the gym and follow a clean diet and you'll see results without any pills.
used to take xenadrine back when it was out, but used it mostly to get some energy while waking up early for work. did nothing for me in the gym.

i think cds have their place too, but it's funny how some djs tend to use the looping for the sake of just using it, and overdoing it. it's good to use for some effects, but don't loop shit like 6 times in a set just cause you can.
i've even seen morillo get caught with this, it's like take it easy with the looping, there's the rest of the track to get to too.
i too a while back was opposed to using CD's......but when u see what u can do with the CDJs in regards to on the fly loops, extra tools ect. ect. its def. not a tool that should be put to the side. I give sasha props for diving into this new technology head first. Def. giving new life the DJing and making it even more of a performance now. I bought ableton recently and im slowly dabbling into it. i just cant afford a $10K custom made MIDI controller

express is decent if you wanna get some cheap work shit. i only really shop there when they have sales on their shirts and pants. was just in there a few days ago, no way would i pay 50 bucks for one of their shirts when i know in a month or so they're gonna have another sale and i'll get it for 20.
