  1. hearsay is not credible evidence unless supported by tapings, interviews, reliable links/people. anyone can say what you said if thought out properly. if you want to prove a point, please provide further evidence to your statement. otherwise we will keep questioning for the truth, and your point will not be made. my two cents
  2. definitely a good set. it's been SO LONG since I've heard a live dj set that consisted mainly of just, hard bass pounding track after bass pounding track. reminds me of the good old clubbing days. when he dropped his anthem, Overdrive. omg I was going crazy. Scot Project rocked last night. Overdrive led to Hands Up, what a great way to end his set. Hard, Uplifting and very epic. hope he comes back to NYC soon!
  3. They're moving to Spirit as to allow more patrons to be serviced. Avalon Nighclub was too small and could hold a little over 1,000 people. Spirit now boosts that amount to about 2,000 plus. This was confirmed by Fedor on an interview with C.Planet. The change is all for competitive reasons.
  4. awesome. amazing. best set in NYC by my standards. energy from start to finish. simply amazing.
  5. +1 - It's funny how you ignorant fucks exist.
  6. Susan took off last night, but there was still someone there handling the comp list. Why are you expecting to go in for free?
  7. +1 damn i miss the old rave days. haha PLEASUREHEAD was my god at that time. ahahaha
  8. if this is going down, its gonna be crazy. I can't wait. Been awhile since I heard DT. last time was back at Ikon on Halloween when GK had it. Damn I wish GK didn't leave. hahaha
  9. the line up, i gotta admit is SICK. BUT-a portion of the crowd that goes to these partys arent mainly there because they appreciate the scene, which somewhat kills the moment. BUT then again, some people dont care and just wanna have fun. but i can sure say, the clubs are great with their lineups. (international talent that is)
  10. MASK! how you doing? been awhile since we chatted. everything ok with you? looking back on my post, i didnt neccesarily mean the entire age group above our generation looks down upon us. i take that back. (but i've met a portion, that i wont let go of) - it's a whole misunderstanding. but i've met people who were very ignorant about our generation and they were rambling away about how we're all drug addicts, how we dont know anything about the EDM scene.. and im just like.. oK.. some people are just very ignorant in this world and so egotistical about themselves... we dont need this. lol but then again, theres people out there are just really chill. knowing and/or having friends younger than they are - YET are still chill with them, thats whats up. age shouldnt be a factor when it comes to making friends. if you bond, you bond. if not, then it was never meant to be. anyways, see you around MASK. take cares` keep rockin that dancefloor!
  11. you were right. not exactly 12, but i did get into the scene when i was 14-15. and yes, the underaged clubbing was in full effect. yes i was one of those damn youngins. but a youngin that appreciated the scene.
  12. for me, i'll never know when im going to stop partying. i have a passion for the EDM scene and i love dancing to the beat of the bass. i also love experiencing the best of the international talent come to NYC and play for us here. i guess the time for me to stop would be when i finally settle down and my family becomes the Number 1 priority. but i'll still be playing my EDM tracks at home, haha. in terms of, "see an older crowd cuz they're more mature and knowledgeable about their music" . . . - thats not neccesarily true. though in the majority case, a younger crowd might not know much of the EDM scene except the commercialized DJs.. there are ones out there who know alot more about the scene because they love the scene themselves and they explore all the different genres of it and experience it. i myself am only 18. i know how older people look down upon us, because its an "age thing". that we're inferior to them.. but like.. serioulsy.. its that whole "im a man" mentality. age is seriously nothing but a number. age does not define one's maturity. its how the person defines himself. im not trying to say your wrong or whatnot. im just defending myself and the other "younger" people who ACTUALLY love the scene and appreciate it; rather than the people who go out to the clubs, have no ideal whos spinning, and they're just drinking away, looking horrible in the clubs, yelling nonsense at other people who go out just to have some fun, but they have to deal with the ignorant people. the scene is not how it should be... my two cents.
  13. yo i cant wait! SPACEGIRL!! Queen of Acid Trance!!
  14. lol yea i heard about that too, but i sounded to be like a false rumour. so i didnt get my hopes too high on it, wouldve loved it though if Scot Project came back. last time i heard him was at EXIT, and boi, he ROCKED THE PLACE!
  15. i cant wait, cuz i really dislike the EDM scene here in NYC. its just horrible. not many appreciatate the scene and music anymore, and it ruins the people's night who do support the scene. after hearing a brief description about Spundae, now i really do believe Godskitchen will have a better chance in reviving the scene. and when the scene does come back, i will once again be as happy as i was 2-3 years ago. lol. corny, but i love the EDM scene and wish that it can be revived. haha
  16. im surprised Gabriel and Dresden is gonna be there. I myself have never been to De La Guarda. What is the age restriction? Do you really get to "fly" in the club? ie: equipment.
  17. o shit! hahahahaha i member that guy FOSHOOOO! hahahahs ayo i seen him at Avalon a couple times. still doin his thing, tapdancin away. omg hahaha i aint seen him in SO LONGGG. he used to open the floor for us at EXIT. hahaha i wonder what happened to him. what does his fam say about him hittin the clubs every friday night? hahassss
  18. That night at Avalon was whack. i didnt mind Tall Paul's set at all. but it was just the vibe. it was so negative. Avalon changed alot. Its way too commercialized. full of people pissed drunk and acting like dicks. worst vibe. I'd rather be at Club Ministry for Draper's set. shit. to Avalon.
  19. ima be there foshooooo! Marco V!!!!
  20. i like your style, your so positive about things!
