Nice Place. BLVD is large with a nice bar and a medium sized club room. Admission is $15 and a mixed crown.. Its not the "look at me" crowd. Primarily hiphop. Doormen are medium strict, good to bring women.. overall a nice place with not too much hype..

Exactly my point. Anyways party 93.1 in Miami and to an extent z103.5 (thats a dot five) in Toronto are the only stations that i know of that go a little deeper into the crates. Does any one know of any others? Sadly enough 93.1 party had a sister staion 95.3 party in Orlando that i liked as well. but that format "failed" primarily b/c ghetto hip hop has ruined radio and music in general. Its now a rap station along with the other 6 in orlando.. KTU is honestly the ambassodor of dance music of all kinds, and we should appreciate what it is for. It all stems around the mileage allowance... if u travel a lot (as i do) DO NOT LEASE.. most only give 1200 miles a month per life of th lease.. thats only 1 tank of gas a week if u look at it that way.. after your allownce at the end of the lease they charge u up to 15 cents per mile over... so they get u that way.. and trust me U WILL DRIVE A NEW CAR A LOT.. But if u just need it for minimal purposes.. nothing better than a new car right?

Got that right.. KTU may play some corny music sometimes, but their format keeps a HUGE demographic listening and gets them to appreciate all types of music. After all how many of us would be listening to this music if it wasnt for them to begin with.. Plus I cant live without my freestyle music!!! Anyway a pure trance/electronic music station just would not fly... at least yet...

Where in south beach did u NOT see people who think they are the shit. Not that I know u guys or anything.. but lots of my friends have gone there for the same reasons u said, only to come back because of how fake and crazy things are down there.. they couldnt handle it ....plus the fact they maxed out all their plastic and ran out of cash trying to be like everyone else.. Awesome place to vacation, strange place to "live".. but then again isnt that what they say about NYC?
