If your going to lease. Lease new not preowned. Most of the time if you Lease a preowned your monthly payment is going to be wacked. The residual value and the money facters that you posted before sound like numbers for a new car anyway.

The residual value is a % of the MSRP of the car. Thats what the dealer is saying the car will be worth when the lease is up. Thats what you can buy it out for. The money Factor is kind of like the APR or % on a loan. What kind of car are you looking to lease?
