Curious if any one knows what the deal is for NYE for spirit. i have searched everywhere to find out but i have found nothing yet. Also i have not been at Ikon since it was Exit a couple of years ago. how is it now and does anyone think that NYE party will be more organized than spirit. meaning overcrowded, lines, etc. thanks cp peeps!

Classics was not as bad as everyone is stating on this message board, which i agree people should stop talking about nonsense like juice heads and whores, this is everywhere! I was there until 7:30 and it was still going strong,, yes the dance floor was overcrowded but you could still "jam". i love to dance and didnt stop all night! the problem was is that there were to many people all crammed in the place and people would get annoyed and start shit. the fights i believe took place near the entrance and ended up outside. For the music which is most important, it was great! ive been to many of jps parties and he ripped it up all night with many sf classics! you name it he played it! so for all you haters i will back there next week and the week after that. i hear halloween is going to be sick. (probably way overcrowded like classics so expect it) keep on dancin!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking to go into the city there are not many spots for under 21! On the island is a different story! what type club are you looking to go to! Crobar deffiently not 18 and over!

Cheers to that! you hit it right on the head! i have been listening to jp for years and each time go to his parties it gets better each time! he is a talented dj and spirit this saturday was really packed! i left at 7 and it was still crazy but he did a great show and thats all that matters is the music!!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully the halloween party will be better managed with regards of the crowds.

Thanks oldtimer!!!!!! Its all about the music and the good people around you! So some people should stop hating on all the stupid shit that goes on at all clubs! It sounds like some people are looking for all the fights and drama around them and not just enjoying the Music! Yeah it was crowded but i made the best of it and enjoyed every second.!

Wow all i can say is JP's party was everything i excpected! I have seen him many many times but this classics night was crazy. The place was really over crowded, you could not even move let alone dance! And like other replies alot of shady people acting way to tough! But i still had a great time the music was all good! I left at 7am and the place was still packed! Cant wait to go back!
