  1. i have lifted with no music, just music at the gym, and head phones. personally i can always focus on the lift but for some reason with head phones i feel i focus or concentrate more. i am at the point now if i lift with my friend and he starts to talk it totally fu*ks me up. i lifted with him yesterday and to me it felt like i just went through the motions even though i tried to focus. i def. will stick with my music in my ears!

  11. easy, but that is not the only advise you gave! the person asked was a fruit for snack ok, and you went into some scientific equation! which is all good! but the norm may not understand that! but you also said fruit may lead to diabetes or something in that source. do you know how much freakin fruit you would have to eat to lead to diabetes. anyway i am done preach on brother! just remember if you say to some that may not know that much about dieting and wants to diet and you make a statment not to eat fruit that person may listen and cause negative effects on that person that is why i stated make factual staements. wow after reading this i cant believe i am stating about fruit! i give up this is to funny!
  12. not true at all! your body needs certain minerals and vitamins daily just to function. on average. a person needs 70-90g of fat a day. 100-200 carbs and 100- 150 protien . 1500 calories. these # remember are not for the bb or fitness person just an average of what you need just to make it through the day. fruit is a great source of energy which was stated and your body needs those sugars on average to promote healthy living. if you do some research all your answers will be answers. it sucks that ppl give really bad advise or non factual staements. hope this helps!

The sugar in fruit is a fast acting carbohydrate. fruit is for immediate energy. it will be out of your system 2-3 hours. dont worry. fruit is a great alternative for a quick pick me up and filler. you may also want to try celery sticks, a filler and there really is no nutritional value. you work it off just by chewing LOL. also baby carrots with or without fatfree ranch just for tatse. quick and easy. turkey is fine but carries alot of sodium. like other ppl state tuna is great. i through oil and vinager on it. i know it sounds gross but you do what you have to do. i eat tuna 2 x's daily most of the time. its all protien and a great filler snack. and almonds are the best nut to eat while dieting. the oil in almonds actually helps promote fat loss. hope this helps good luck!!

  17. k hope this helps! water does nothing except still make you feel hungry and have to pee alot. i drink about 2 gallons a day just to help digestion along. sure it a piece of fruit. if you want eat yogurt. hardly no fat, cottage cheese with fruit great snack, rice cakes with sugar free jelly. i know it sounds funny but it works. i am a fitness trainer. trust me just drinking water will not do it. like someone else said it 5-6 small meals and drink water throughout the day because it will help with digestion. hope this helps! oh i believe you prob. work out which is a plus. good luck!
