i know they got OK'ed for their liquor licenses etc. a few weeks ago...it will not be called sound factory at this moment its under a code name for privacy purposes... i heard a rumor of what the space might be called but dont know how true it is... i think the opening of the space that used to be SF is scheduled to open august/september... My prediction is that this place will flop after the first couple of nights unless they really get on the grind and start booking some real talents

haven't heard any follow ups from the club nor the people... when i first read the collective club calendar i thought to myself whoa this will be great... crobar already started to promote oakenfold i don't see why they wouldn't put things up in the club already i guess its false Also someone should put the collective club thread on the main page of the forum

p diddy is always going to morillos parties as well as other celeb friends (e.g. naomi campbell, tommy lee etc.) i wouldn't be surprised if he shows up... hes been to his parties from ibiza to crobar to space during the wmc plus diddy is infamous for throwing parties in the hamptons during 4th of july weekend (his annual white party)

Morillo always seems to attract a big female following ... I suggest to get there earlier than usual so you and ur friends can get settled in before the place goes bonkers

thursday parties have been busy there... its a trendy looking crowd, music is mostly hip hop, and the venue is def a decent size... like someone said bigger than ur normal lounge i believe they used to be an art gallery
