I agree, I dont think a cop really needs a reason to pull you over. And, if you friend did have any drinks I dont think he has a case. Bottom line, drinking and driving is illegal

So, a cop threatened to arrest me for drinking alcohol from a coffee cup. After an hour of standing around and being questioned, and 3 cops later, they let me walk with a ticket. Which I am now hearing is all they can do. Guess what Im asking is, can you be arrested for drinking in public?

Red Bull does not do it for me. i hear people say they've been up hours, or even crash from it. i get no more reaction from a Red Bull than I woujld Mountain due
