    It's All Trance

Dude, seriously. If you don't like it then right-click > delete. No one's forcing you to listen to it. I'm not offended by negative comments, but writing 'your mix sucks because it's not trance' and 'electro sucks' isn't helping the situation. My mix doesn't have your name on it, nor did I make it to have it posted on boards. My friend asked me to do a mix for his show 2 days before it aired and this is the best I could do. Fighting on boards, espcially over a mix, is childish. Don't you think? PM me if you have something to say. And by the way, I don't DJ full-time and don't plan to for various reasons (which I prefer not to disclose). Also, I played at Crobar as well so do some research and try to come up with something fresh next time you try to insult me. With that being said, I have nothing else to prove or explain. Have a good one!

    It's All Trance

Thanks for the feedback. however, I feel that your post is biased and by writing 'your mix sucks, you should listen to DJ Boris and learn' you show how little you know. No disrespect to Boris, even thought he's far from being my favorite DJ. And by the way, where in this thread do I write that this is an 'electro trance mix'? As far as I remember, the reason why I named it 'It's All Trance' is because in my opinion, tracks featured on this mix have elements of trance and its energy. But anyway, this sounds like a personal problem because your post smells as bad as your musical taste. Have a nice day! P.S. Your spelling sucks

    It's All Trance

is the name of my WMC (kinda late, huh?) promo mix. Grab it here (Right click, blah blah) Tracklisting... Hiem - Zombie Party (Konrad Black Remix) Outgate - Less Sugarless Leo Girardi/Darioush - 133 (Alex Grani Remix) Tim Le El - Electric Richard Dinsdale - Bora Tjark - Traum (Lutzenkirchen Remix) Nick Deker - Axel Supercharger - Give It (Verdez Remix) Phonique - For The Time Being (Montero Dub) Mashtronic/Mike McGuire - Water Bloom Thomas Penton - Everything is Wrong (Martin H Remix) Updates... Fantastic 2 - Other People (Original/Damien Heck Remix) is in stores now. Remix package includes remixes from Argentinian producer Darioef and Turkey's DJ Tarkan and should be out very very soon. DJ Tarkan's remix will be featured on the new 'Freeze' magazine Compilation (mixed by V-Sag)! Also, a new Intrenze Records sampler is coming out in the next couple of weeks. It will include Mike Foyle pres Andromeda - Northern Lights (Original/Alucard & Vitaliy Remix) and some very interesting stuff on the b-side. A must for trance/prog DJs! Wait, noone buys vinyl anymore... Since I'm not cool enough to have my own website, I will upload both releases to my myspace page (www.myspace.com/commiedj) so you'll know what I'm mumbling about. I'm playing on SOTU's show on The Womb on April 8th (I think). If anyone wants to book me... err nevermind Have a nice day! Support your local reggaeton talent!

  9. I completely agree with the original poster (except for the rolando comment) and would like to add that his opinion/observation is shared by majority of my Euro friends who have experienced 'Miami club scene'. Since most locals are either clueless or are afraid to voice their opinions (because of a good chance of getting on someone's shitlist) I guess it takes an outsider to speak up in order to shed the light on what's really happening in this town. The way it works in this town is, the more you publicly admire those who are above you, the more chances of moving up you have. In other words, the more you put your lips on another man's backside, the more gigs you will get. Known fact, but only a few will admit it. And very few out of those who call themselves 'DJs' (word 'DJ' is used in this town same way as 'sir' in England, notice the way some people carry themselves). What happened to outgoing, party-loving people who are dedicated to entertaining crowds instead of self-centered ones, who only care about getting props on local boards and building their resumes (played with _____, ______, and _____)? What happened to hardworking talent like Austin Leeds, Thomas Penton, Dave Preston, Noel Sanger and other locals who have done more for international scene than anyone labeled 'the future of this town'? Why do guys like DJ FX and Erik Kitel have to move out of here in order to pursue their goals? I won't even ask why a versatile crowd favorite Stryke can't get a residency because this question's been beaten to death and remains a mystery to this day. Imo this town needs more promoters like Marco Davalos whose parties weren't all about featuring his cousin's sister's friend who went to middle school with _____ and one time spun at ______ because _______ pulled major strings to get him a gig. Fridays @ Privilege were some of the best I've gone to and bookings, while not as famous as what big clubs usually bring, quality-wise were 10 times better and you don't have to be an expert to agree. -DJ #1953. Carry on!

  13. Where's Miss XS? I remember writing you a check for 2 grand, Jimmy On a more serious note though. Flip's BBQ isn't about trance, house, or who plays what and when so quit complaining. For all I care, you could play happy hardcore on a blown 5-inch monitor for 12 hours and I'll still have a blast. It's all about hanging out with your peeps and getting drunk. If anyone's going to a BBQ to listen to music then I don't really know what more to say.
