is it opening back up???

whenver i used to get girls phone #'s from Twilo or Sound factory, more often they were crack headz (even went on some dates, when the topic of conversation revolves around tripping and snorting then you know you have problems) - But the funny thing is that whenver I used to call girls #'s from Vinyl/ Arc, they were as close to normal as you can get (considering you met them at an after hours spot) - My advice, unless you met a girl and BOTH you and her were both sober that night, dont expect anything and just have as much fun as you can with that person that night

does anyone know what time the party will go on until?

i believe Space actually was open in NY, but in the Hamptons around 5 years ago or so. If memory serves me correct DT had a night there, then afterwards when space closed for the night the party was then taken to someones house..... - NYC doesnt need a club space, honestly it will attract even more meatheads than what Crobar and Pacha... - I really think the scene in NYC was destroyed when Twilo was shut down. Yes, Vinyl was still around, but that place is a distant memory now as well. - As far as Space, I personally prefer the old one better...If anyone has any pix of the flags on the old terrace please post 'em

Let me first start off by saying that Howells if my favorite dj, meaning, I caught all of his sets at Vinyl/Arc(except 1 or 2), I've been to all of his BED parties at WMC and even have made the trek up to Montreal(Aria) to hear him I believe 3 times But I must honestly say that the Asian crowd just totally killed it for me. I am not a racist, but I guess i am more picky now that i am a little older. the crowd just sucked majorly. As for Howells, I'd say it was an in between set. Not great, just ok(but better than his set at Crobar some months ago)

I love Lawler, but I am skipping Crobar - Crobar has been closing early due to the cops, plus Lawlers has 2 more acts on the main floor(opening and closing). Realistically we will probably get 2-3 hours worth of Lawler at the very most - His last set at Spirit was insane(lights out release party), his set at Cielo that sunday night was great as well. - But damn, he was so much more on point a few years back, why he dropped the drums for minimal electro is beyond me. he def jumped on that bandwagon. But his style is different than most as it's very dark. - As for Ibiza, didnt catch him this year, he used to rule the terrace on sundays at We love, but that seems like ages ago...

just got back wanted to stay until 12- but the crowd was just horrible

lol I love it here but it doesnt take a genius to keep an afterhour crowd at crobar hanging for 12 hrs. JP is not a genius and he had the parties at SF going on forever. As long as the kids are tripping and mangled, it doesnt matter who's spinning, even if anyone AT ALL. But seriously they can keep a crowd going. not just 3-4 hrs. Chus, in particular, is just plain insane with his productions and when he is on...

what i am trying to say is that they should not be going on before calderone chus and ceballos > calderon i know it is 2 different parties, but chus and ceballos blow calderone away

yeah, that howelloween set was a side of howells i wish we heard more of...his sets are amazing, like DT he throw down a 10 hour set and show us everything as far as his tastes go.

i am assuming it is a made event as they are doing events at pacha now wasnt feeling his last set at crobar- but the one before at spirit was rocking funny thing is that i always wanted howells to drop a set at soundfactory- guess he finally is but it's just pacha now does anyone else miss his monthly gigs @ Vinyl/Arc? 2 of my favorites were Howelloween in 2003 and his 24/7 cd release party

his WMC groovejet and the last 2 parties during WMC @ Space my friend... i agree STEREO was prob insane(i didnt go), but i'm catching him in Ibiza w/coxy.....damn wish i went to stereo(lucky guy)...

Very good night Cielo was about 3/4 full, expected that as it was a sunday night Now to Mr Lawler. His style has really changed imo IMO last night was not like his last set at spirit or WMC at Space.....but last night was good in a different type of way...looking forward to seeing him again in Ibiza this summer

rip Twilo There will never be another - yes twilo miami might be opening, but to me not the same thing - cox vs tenaglia presidents day weekend sasha and digweed(when they first hit it big time) lawler ripping it from back in his nubreed days digweed opening up for dt in the anniversary party should i continue????

he already has a few dates at pacha for the summer, but there was just too much competition with Viva(i mean deep dish were at pacha on thursdays as well). i was just never in ibiza on a sunday for we love, usually the mon-friday thing then off to mykonos or vice versa. but cielo is a great venue for him, and a sunday night party might be a better way to ensure that more die hards are there other than the regular weekend crowds..

his lights out party at spirit was really great, track after track had the whole place rocking. I was at the Viva closing party at Space Ibiza this past September.....but i never got to see/hear him at We love Sundays at space(when he used to do it). You really think he blew DT out that night? I honestly think Lawler was holding back. just my 2 cents..

Lawler's Viva sets at WMC(Space) were really on point Let's hope he brings it at Cielo...
