  1. i was a big fan of the dinosaurs, hoping they'd make an appearance.

i thought it was funny that the "army" guys rode around in buggies...there was a transformer that was one of these, i think it was an hommage.

i didn't like how there were only like 4 transformers on each side. i was expecting somewhat of a larger scale war.

also, i agree, the transforming was a little overdone.

  2. the point of the show is to show you how to survive if you find yourself in a situation like that. it doesn't matter that there's a whole camera crew with him...he's not trying to prove he's a badass.

Built by the Khrunichev State Research and Production Center, Proton is the largest Russian launch vehicle in operational service. Proton launches all Russian geostationary and interplanetary missions under Khrunichev, establishing it as the principal workhorse of the Russian space program. ILS oversees the majority of its commercial satellite launches. It has been used in more than 320 launches and has an outstanding reliability record of 96 percent.
  4. i had a great time...it was a crazy party...

shining star of the day was patrick m, for sure. he was playing when we got there, played a great set. no one else really did it for me though unfortunately. c&c started good but the wind fell out of their sails it seemed. and roger sanchez kind of all-around sucked, i thought. i just wasn't feeling the tunes in the latter part of the day. must've been the rain.

had to vacate at like 8pm, everyone was starting to freak us out by that point.

it was a lot of fun though...you can't beat a pool party! ;D

  5. LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A teen whose feet were severed at Six Flags' Kentucky Kingdom has had one foot reattached according to a statement released by her family.

The family of Kaitlyn Lasitter, 13, whose feet were cut off when The Superman Tower of Power malfunctioned at Six Flags’ Kentucky Kingdom last month, issued a statement updating the details of her medical condition Tuesday.

The statement reports that Kaitlyn’s right foot has successfully been reattached at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she remains in stable condition.

“We were not able to reattach the left lower extremity due to the severity of the injury,†Dr. Douglas Weikert said in the statement. “Things are progressing as expected over this first 10 days.â€

The statement also reiterated a detail reported in the family’s first public announcement, claiming that no representatives from Six Flags have attempted to contact them since Kaitlyn’s injuries. Six Flags has since denied that claim.

Kaitlyn’s parents, Randy and Monique Lasitter, also thanked the community for its support, and they thanked the doctors who are working on their daughter.

“We look forward to Kaitlyn’s recovery and getting back to some sort of normalcy in our lives in Louisville,†the parents said in the statement. “Without the support of our close friends this could have been a much more difficult situation to handle.â€

Meanwhile, the investigation into the accident continues. Officials from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture said earlier this week that it could take many more weeks to determine exactly what caused Kaitlyn's injuries.
