hehe, i ran upstairs and couldn't find my gf. she was at the u-bar getting drinks, found me about 15 seconds afterwards. i think that was the most i was upstairs since tronco made me go on at 1am instead of 2am. i didn't care, i had a blast rockin the xanadu from 1 to 5:30.

i think i had a great time up there. had the Hype hangin out with me for about an hour i'd say? i wasn't keeping track of time very well. sorry i never dropped Aftermath for ya. i wanted to, and would have for one of my last 3 songs, but i didn't see where the hell you went. so i dropped some axwell and some ian carey. then ended with my famous last track of the night, skid row - i'll remember you

i had a blast. i closed the place at 5:30 downstairs. looooooong night.

he was in the Taj at around 8, i was like "louie ?" and his gf tugged him over to me. just said he didn't know what was going on over there yet, and he was just coming to the Taj to go to dinner. weird chance meeting up with him like that.

those pics are of the renovations. previously, there was a 2-tier high dancer platform where the elevated cage is now.... on the far side of the room from where you enter. also right when you enter the room there is a platform where patrons can dance, where previously the subs were just stacked up in that location. the 2 dancers are now right at the dance floor, on either side of the "U-Bar" stairway to the dancefloor. if you browse back thru my pictures from previous dates, you can see what i mean. -t

DJ Lorne ? what a joke. it's the saturday party and the idiot promoters put that guy on the ticket when it's Farruggio's night. Lorne, and from what i heard and still hear, sucks anyway. He's just a philly nobody, and they're not giving any credit to Farruggio when he's the only reason that place makes a dime.

how bout every mix i have of derb in succession ? and i'll end it with derb on earth, loop the outro bassline, go next door, grab farruggio, and have him scream "fuck hiphop" on the mic a couple times. that work ?
