IT def sucks to be a dude in this town. Harder to get in and it is usually the guys who are spending the money inside instead of the women! Guys grab a VIP Host or some ladies, or check yourself at the line. WILD how long people wait to get into these clubs.

What is everyone so intense about? The same 5 people are on here answering people's questions on a regular basis. I did answer the posters question. The simple answer is IT IS NOT EASY TO GET A GROUP OF DUDES INTO ANY CLUB. In fact I private messaged the poster with details about TAO, my company, and info on his specific group, I.e. size and budget. I don’t feel it is professional to post my company name all over these boards, as we have other interests in the industry. In addition, I worked as a Guest List promoter for TAO and was told nothing but HOT girls can go on the list, and NO GUYS ARE ON THE LIST AT ALL. Guys are not getting past line without big tips or having a host. WE have enough pull to get them in without a host without any problems. I also suggested hosted entry as well, Mr. VIP. By the way I don't think it is professional or mature or necessary to be posting anything negative about anybody else's post. Clients don’t want to see this. It seems some people have nothing better to do then pick at other people's posts. In fact my boss warned me about you when I started, advising me to ignore you. You have a HOTMAIL account, come on. I have pulled clients from these message boards successfully and they have all gotten in wherever they wanted and in an efficient manner. My company is a private casino hosting company which also does VIP Services, which means we have pull beyond the club. Even though the clubs are privately owned the casino marketing department still has pull above them. So before you go off and state that I don't know what I am doing, maybe you should join the big leagues, establish some professionalism, suck up the competition, and stop this ridiculous duking it out on message boards in front of the very people we are trying to make our clients.

That depends on the dynamics of your group. All dudes, you’re waiting in line, tipping $100 or more just to get past the doormen and then paying cover on top of that. Girls also help. Girls I can put on the list and get comped cover for. Guys are best off getting a VIP Host like me who can guarantee a smooth entry. For groups of guys 4 or less I can get you in on your own for a small $20 fee, you'll be subject to cover. Otherwise we require hosted entry where I come down and take care of it. We are a reputable company and our name goes far at TAO and all the nightclubs. We don't send you there blindly with a useless VIP LINE PASS. We tell you who to ask for who will let you in when they here our name! Private message me our post a reply for my e-mail and/or number!

Jeff is the guy to talk to. Cabanas at Rehab require a 3 bottle minimum and a reservation fee. Hotel Guests have a bit of an advantage. There are cabanas that line the entire pool and as a hotel guest you can get one on the hotel side. You are still in the action but the view of the craziest section of the pool isn't there. I had one of these cabanas every Sunday last year, and we had a blast every weekend.

Line passes or VIP Entry on websites to not guarantee anything. Are you willing to spend your time on Vegas on line? When you buy something online you are blindly purchasing something you do not know will work. We do not do Guest List for example on Friday at Tryst for guys and at TAO because there simply is NO SUCH THING AS GUYS WHO ARE NOT LOCAL ON THE GUEST LIST. In that case we require hosted where we personally know the guys at the door, we tip out the appropriate amount, and we use our company name and position as pull. Tipping at the door usually works, but you’re talking over $150 to get past the doorman, then you have to pay cover as well. Getting a VIP Host is the best way to go. I for example don't just give you a "line pass" which usually gets you in the "VIP line" or shuffled strategically to the side because you’re a group of dudes. We put guys on the Guest List and advise you to get there on time (around opening) as well as telling you who there knows our company and to ask for them so you don't get pushed around. $20- gets you no tipping to the doorman and past the line.

I agree with Empire Ballroom and other Nightclubs dealing with huge crowds!!! Big weekends can be out of control, but people who buy these tickets off line should have the attitude BUYER BE WARE. Private hosting companies that take the time to talk to their clients, only sell "VIP" pass that are actualy worth something, and letting them know exactly where to go apon arriving at the club. The issues on MDW can be avoided on Labor Day and July 4th if the companies who are selling Guest List spots, VIP Line Passes, table reservations, etc. take responsibility to connect personally with their clients and let them know it is going to be crazy and what are the best options if they still want to go to that particular club. I.e. Hosted entry or table reservation. We are all in the same industry here and instead of debating infront of potential clients on these blogs/discussion board we should show a little more professionalism and it will work out for everyone in the long run!

Hi Shana, You should definetly check out ICE, they are right off the strip (directly behind it) and have the best DJ's for house music. Also, JET has a room that will play only HOUSE. I would also suggest Body English on a Sunday night, they do play some Hip Hop but it is not overkill and the DJ (used to be DJ AM but now an equally as amazing DJ as far as I am concerned) mixes a lot of house beats with the Hip Hop. I am a VIP Host in town so I know the scene really well. You can e-mail me and ask me about all the hot spots, where to go and what nights, etc. We also can hook you up with Guest List at these places. We put you on the list, and charge cover charge (or less for the ladies usually) ahead of time and then when you get there, no lines no hassle you go right in for the same price. We also have hosted entry where I meet up with you and walk you in, limo's, table reservations, etc.! Def drop me an e-mail and I can tell you what we got, it's the only way to enjoy the clubs, not waiting in line!! Christina
