Roomate Needed Asap!

Recommended Posts

We are reaching a really drastic

point where we need to bring in another person

or move out...

Times are hard and we really

really need someone to help

out with the rent.

Here are the details:

I live in a large (Very nice)

Brown stone building with two

other roommates and my girl.

There are four rooms in the place

divided into two (and a half) floors..

HUUUuuge Kitchen..

Huuuge Living room.

Two bathrooms and a very

nice area.

We are located on Mercer st.

a couple blocks away from

the Grove st. stop on the PATH

train (Two stops away from

Manhattan-Christopher st.

stop) The commute is 10 to 15

minutes..

We are looking for someone to rent out

the top floor room..

Cable-Internet ready

for $625.00 a month.

The reason we haven't gone

the way of the XEROX or Internet

lists is because we are looking

for someone that will fit in to a house

of music and art..

(Both roommates are DJs and producers..

I'm an animator)

So I thought reaching out to

the likes of you all would be

more appropriate.

If you think your interested and

want to swing by to have a looksy

PM me...

Thankz..

I work in mid-town, and have really been thinking of one of the boroughs...but JC may not be too far off....

I'm two short blocks from the Path...

I'm planning on having a scary movie night soon

so you all can come and check it out..

Have a great weekend!

BE SAFE~

working at a tanning salon??

who the fuck are you kidding??

you don't even(and no one i know who works at a tanning salon) net $625 a month let alone a week...this advertisement is for people who AT LEAST make $625 and over a week...cause if u don't, u more or less can not afford it.

Besides..for $625 a month u can basically get yer own fuckin place.

The price is a bit steep.

i mean technically for lets say one or 2 hundred dollars more u can get some phatly furnished joint.

u gotta figure a "decent" place starts at $700-850 a month so for $625 and for it to not be yer own place is kinda unreasonable in my opinon. but eh...maybe i need to check it out for myself to see if its really worth it.

FYI, I don't have to sit here and list where my money comes from

But put it this way, I make a lot more than $625 a month and not just at the tanning salon.

Please don't be mad cause u sit at home with no job and can't afford it
