I suggest that all the males on clubplanet do what I do when they feel a bout of sensless, irrational drama coming on . . Go out in the back yard (or front walkway if you aint got a yard) and toss some cinderblocks around . . I mean, really get some leverage under it . . . Works wonders for the soul . .
