mugwump Posted November 14 Report Share Posted November 14 You know what I'm talkin about right?The things that set you back toa moment of ZEN..keep you sane,exorcize the demons in your soul!(personal therapy)WHAT ARE YOUR "OUTLETS"THAT KEEP YOU GROUNDEDFROM WEEK TO WEEK!**********************I have many but I'llgive you my top Five:1) Music: (duh)Without a sound track to blastin my headphones, my stereoor in clubs I would have sure as allhell killed someone long ago.2) Dancing to Music: (double duh)kinda compliments numero UNO!This is theee ultimate mind and bodytherapy for me..after a great night of stomping, spinningand jumping on a dance floor i can shake off justabout any bad things that might be bringing me down.3) Drawing: (I'm a cartoonist remember?)Yup..it's like a faucet I can't fix..If I'm not doodling on napkins I'msketching the guy sitting across from me on the bus. Got me quite a few good jobs toothis little addiction of mine.4) writing: In here, in personaldiaries, plotting screen plays, novels left unpublished,personal agendas, top ten lists, poetry..It's verbal diarrhea that would other wise leaveme constapated!5) SEX!!!(like I need to explain this one)Nothing like a big O to keepya in harmony.(And stop youfrom humping a light pole)*Runners up:My dog..Jogging along the Tiber or the beach..PS2 (lol)WHAT ARE YOURS? jaysea Posted November 14 Report Share Posted November 14 im gonna have to say.....Water.....keeps me sain..any body of water, ifind so relaxing....and it keeps me grounded....and ofcourse friends....DEFF Friends....even tho my Good Friedns.....are Scatterd over in England and upstate, n LA...we make sure we get together twice a year....and its always GREAT....ibiza.....and your 6 Tightest Friends...makes for a Very Special 2 weeks...let me tell you...loland writing......of course music....and deff dancing.....i love dancing when im Angry....i go to the dance floor with attitude and ignore everyone else....and just loose myself in the Music, and in 10min's im smiling....and im clapping my hands..and smiling to people around me...... isnet it a great thing to be in a club and be on the f,oor and see people smiling around you....thats VIBELOLme Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
