Please Don't attempt to drive this morning unless it's an emergency. I've just returned home (North of DC) from DC and the roads haven't been this bad since the Big Storm of'95. 495 outerloop was Bumper to Bumper for miles at 6am. If you MUST drive, please be careful and drive safe. Thanks

Stylz.

This is pretty run-of-the-mill by Vermont standards -- it's funny to sit back and watch DC'ers freak out over a few inches of the powdery stuff. . .the attempts at plowing are downright hilarious! I've never seen a city population with so many SUV's and absolutely no idea how to use 'em.

I am proud of being a Southerner. I am liking the snow. I feel bad for the ppl who drive though. Well, I cant say much cause I dont drive. I am sure it could be much worse and if I end up going to Germany I will feel the full wrath of what snow can do. ;)

people in Dc dont know how to drive. you get a drizzle of rain and theres accidents on the beltway. shit, im from way south of here and this is the most snow ive seen in my entire life but still drove to rockville and back to silver spring with no problems. it was slow.

I put some new shoes on my Audi about a month ago and let me tell you I was flying yesterday. Can't beat the all wheel drive system they have............about the only thing those Germans are good for.
