too hungry lately

the exact weight shouldn't matter.....the best thing to do is the "mirror test". Just look in the mirror and tell yourself if you think you need to loose/add weight. if you think you look alittle more then you should, then just diet or just do cardio

I'm 5'8 and weight 130. I quit smoking last year and gained 20 lbs that WILL NOT come off for shit. So needless to say I'm not exactly happy with myself at the moment but I like to be about 115.

The mirror test doesn't seem like it would be a good idea at all. People's perceptions of themselves are always skewed, imagin asking an anorexic person to do the mirror test, not exactly a reliable reading. Try the "random person on the street test." This is done by approaching a stranger that looks like they'd give you an honest unbiased answer, and simply asking them if you're fat or not....works everytime;)

I don't think you should worry about the # so much... I'd just focus on getting back to the gym a few times a week, and trying to cut back on a couple hundred calories a day....

I try so hard not to worry about the numbers on the scale and just focus on how my clothes fit and how I feel...

The Holidays are the WORST - so much good food, and so little time to get to the gym... :(:mad:
