Codica3
When they get these guys acquitted for crimes like rape, murder, molestation, etc.. even though they are guilty as hell..DON'T THEY FEEL BAD?!Wouldn't you feel guilty knowing you set someone free who raped an innocent girl or molested children in school or murdered someone? Maybe, but it doesn't really matter. It's their job to (partially) keep the system running. No one ever said it was necessarily easy. djmikebugout
yes but according to the 2002 ABA model Rules that will be adopted soon, if the time for an appeal has not yet passed and your client reveals to you in confidence that he actually did the crime he was acquitted for, you have a duty to the court to reveal it---so technically you wouldnt be appealing the acquittal, i think it would be more of a perjury charge that would then lead to another action...Mike Bugout

I've seen that movie literally about 20 times.. I actually just watched it again the other nite and it got me wondering..That's actually what sparked my question..My mom told me if I wanna do law that I better not be a criminal defense lawyer cause she didn't want me defending killers and stuff like that. But I find criminal law one of the most fascinating..Ehh..
