doubleplay1970 Posted January 9 Report Share Posted January 9 every diet is different for every person so i dont think anyone can just blurt out a standard diet to suit everyone. it also depends on what you want to achieve. right now i dont look to gain too much weight. im 5'8 and if i was like 215 lbs i dont think id be diving around a baseball field the way im use to doing it.
