I just checked on cdnow.com and the song I'm talking about is Robi-Rob's Boriqua Anthem [CD-SINGLE] -- C & C Music FactoryIt's latin house.Not that cdnow.com doesn't make mistakes, but I just wanted to confirm. Also, I think I made a mistake earlier. I said Boriqua Posse is by Two without hats, but on cdnow.com it's Rare Arts. So maybe that's where the confusion is.
