petp Posted February 5 Report Share Posted February 5 been there...best time to go is on mondays thru thursday. since its a public beach its gets kinda crowded on luquilo. but it sure is nice there!!!!PR has the best beach ive ever seen in my life...flamenco beach on culebra....paradise on earth!!!!! if youre in PR u gotta take a daytrip to culebra!!!!!
