I know plenty of OLD people that are WAY cool. I have a 78 year old aunt that is super cool. She still smokes POT, drinks and dances. She is way cooler than some 20 year olds that I know. Age (like COOL) is a state of mind. Whatever you think of these guys, the fact is they are gonna try something different. I like that! And, I'm gonna support them until THEY prove that they deserve otherwise. Hell, they are investing a ton of money to improve OUR nightlife. SoBe needs all the help it can get. And to this day he spins all the old music in remixes. Edgar V. a few years back spinning for me at an grooveradio party. I remember these DJ jumping from club to private raves and so. I guess you need to make money.If I was opening a club I would be trying to create some type of hype for it. And I would be expectiong people like you to creat a bogus name just tp hate. Well you need to et off that little pony of your and get with the program, shit talking is not going to get you anywhere unless you wear the shoes that these people where.Lets say this club kicks off and the DJ;s become well know for what they have created. Everyone sucks that has anything to do with the project, Phazon / Steve dash knows nothing about sound, we all unemployed and live in cardboard boxes, we don't even know what a real club looks like, since none of us can get into one and since were not on the cutting edge of the Miami scene like you are. None of us ever has had or held a job. None of our DJ's even owns a record. Crobar has five mics in each booth (that Louis bought them for Christmas), were obviously so stupid we cannot even tell time. It was nice of the homeless coalition to donate this club to us and give us a chance. Don’t you think?What can we say, we cannot make everyone happy, and for that we are truly sorry.It sounds like you have found a permanent home at space, its a great club and we hope you enjoy it for many years to comeThe people we are trying to attract have open minds and are willing to at least try something BEFORE THEY MAKE A DECISION TO HATE IT!So with your extremely negative attitude we will assume you won't be giving nerve a try, and that OK since this is still America land of the free and you can do anything you would like or have any opinion you would like. nervemaimi Posted February 18 Author Report Share Posted February 18 defenderfirst of all please read the post a little more carefully, the only reason I'm answering you is because you when you were done venting you had a few good questions#1 the client list was for mark leventhal#2 Michael had played a "few times at shadow" i think he said it was the good life party that was there for a few weeks and than it was pulled for whatever reason and they moved it to another club#3 mark leventhal dj at fat black / liquid for years - again refer to the "client list" for mark#4 Michael did several "guest spots" for Chris at liquid as well#5 billboard failed for 500 different reasons for starters the rent is over 100K the place is set up for concerts, they had a $80,000.00 etched mirror on the second floor and bounced checks to the printer for the opening flyer, the owners hired Rudolf as the face of the club and the consultant yet did not take his advice 99 out of 100 times....... magnify that by a million things and you get the idea #6 some nights will target "serious music" lovers while other nights will target the VIP crowdhopefully it will be a mix .......we will do our best to make every one as happy as possible........but as we all know, someone will always be pissed off at something, such is life!ONE THING I CAN PROMISE EVERY POST HAS BEEN 100% OF THE TRUTH! if you angry we are using 20k in perfectly usable good amps rather than throwing them in the garbage, hey what can we say. you would think based on 90% of the sound systems on this beach you would have been ecstatic that we hired Steve dash, but again different strokes for different folks, i doubt you will ever have a good time at our club and if i were you i would not even waste my time with us, I'm sorry your not FEELING IT LIKE WE ARE" but again this is a free world so by all means go to your favorite spot and have a great time & be safe.........WE WILL NEVER BE ALL THINGS TO ALL PEOPLE.........NO ONE EVER WILL BE!MAYBE NERVE IS NOT FOR YOU AND THAT OK, ALL WE WANTED TO DO WAS TO TRY AND INFORM PEOPLE WHAT IS HAPPENING, if you feel slighted or that our resumes are not good enough for you that's great, we bought the club to have fun and with or without you were planning to have a blastthanks for the postNerve Nightclub / loungeNerveMiami@aol.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
