for those of you on diets

(i searched for that bland diet thread.....no matches so.....)

never ever in my life did i think i would eat cottage cheese. breakstone's cottage doubles is pretty good. (its CC on one side and fruit in the other) granted, i had to mix all the fruit in the cheese section

i thought i would have to force this down, but, i actually enjoy it:)

i never thought id be pouding down dry tuna

and cottage cheese at 8 am....but i do ..and

actually like it..

most of all i never thought id give up drinking

and i did it for just under 4 months..

who woulda thought

I agree and it also take a lot of will power to do it and maintain it
