mrjoebudious Posted August 27 Author Report Share Posted August 27 So check this out.3 weeks ago I flew up to new york to pick up my school bus that I bought from this big bus outfit. It was a 66 passenger school bus (44 adults) and it was in 10 times better shape than I imagined.The mechanic told me "don't run her for more than 8 hours at a time". No problem, she ran like a champ. So anyways, I drive down through Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and I reach Savanah Georgia where I was supposed to stop for the night. Well I don't like Georgia and I have an ex in Jacksonville I was going to meet up with so I said "fuck it, I'm going through Georgia all the way". Mind you I already drove my 8 hours and there i go for an additional 6 more hours. About 20 miles into Florida I blow the fuckin' engine. It was weird to see my piston sticking threw the side of the engine block. So I packed up my shit, stuck my thumb out to the on coming traffic and headed back to Miami, leavinmg the bus on the side of the road.So, I was going to have shuttle service but my dumb self blew it.The moral of the story. Listen to your mechanic.So, get some friends together and share the $11 cab ride from the beach. The only thing I have to mention is that I 6.2 270 lb and past frat boy. and I am russian. So not only I am big, and from a frat (that alone should be enough to drink anyone under), but I am russian as well - I think alcohol was in my blood from day one.
