dgmodel Posted August 25 Report Share Posted August 25 anyone else feel dating is like interviewing for jobs and or recruiting for one??? because basically thats what youre doing right??? youre recruiting a new partner... i would assume being out is the advertisement/classified ad, and the dates would be the interviews... you start off with your background checks: ie what do you do, who do you do, where do you do it, blah.. how long have you been looking for a job why havent you found one yet.. etc... then you state your objective ie: friendship leading to something, girlfriend, marriage, sex, etc. then you have background checks their friends when you hang out, find out the validity of the resume... like oh she does this, shes does that, awesome person gets along with her family friends blah etc... partime full time position partime = seeing other ppl as well, or still hung up on someone but needs company, or doesnt really ahve time between work and or school and other obligations / responsibilities... fulltime= bf/gf, marriage, etc. meeting the friends and family is the equivalent of being shown around the office... etc... thought of this earlier when i was speaking with someone about dating... somebitch Posted August 25 Report Share Posted August 25 hehe. i dont think about any of that stuff. i dont consider anyone relationship material. i figure if they are things will pass day 1 and not based on them answering those questions right more based on how their presence makes me feel. oh god tastey will love that. its not like i wanna hear them say good things about me or bring up these feelings as he would say, it is more just a vibe i get as to whether they are a sketchy person or a genuine person. i know most people are not genuine about their intent and i can usually tell what someone is after & whether we see eye to eye. then again, like i said i really dont take anyone seriously. if i feel even slightly uncomfortable then i usually wonder what i am doing in the situation, i hate being uncomfortable. ever had an insight into someone where you thought they were one way then you get that sudden feeling they are not and your view of them changes forever??? people are weird.
