Braille information at driveup ATM

I was going to the driveup ATM today, and I realized there was a braille key next to the keys for each spot. . . uhm that makes no sense on a few levels.

First, if you're blind, you can't drive.

Second, if you're blind, but someone drives you up to it, AND you figure out where to put the card, you can't read the screen to know information.

if you really want to know the answer its simple... most companies do not custom make atms... they simply make one standard one and business purchase them and use them in different fashions so chances are the same atm thats up at the drive through is the same thats down the block at the front of the bank...

i read about a legally blind woman who was hit by a bus today and died....but she was walking back to HER CAR because she forgot something...
