t0nythelover Posted November 11 Author Report Share Posted November 11 na, we started with a set of 15, then 14 and so on till we hit 120. my triceps are whats killin me. we varied wide normal and close hands for the pushups. my chest is sore but not nearly as much as my triceps. my form was good though its just that my triceps are much weaker than my chest...silly Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
