radioxkiss
I am not an morning person but when I work out in the morning I tend to have more energy for my workout, and the rest of the day. I use to work out at night. How about yourself?
kahn
I used to like to workout in the morning. These days I prefer the evening. I usually work out between my fourth and fifth meals of the day. I have more energy, and tend to have better recovery times as well.
elementx
Used to train before work when I worked the 1:30 - 10pm shift. But now I am on a 11:00 - 7:30 shift.... So now I go to the gym after work. Usually get there around 7 - 7:30 and leave by about 9-9:30...Truthfully I think I also got a better work out when I lifted in the AM then I do now. And it also motivated me for the rest of the day. Sometimes after work I drag myself into the gym and dread being there. But when I went in the AM I knew I had a whole day ahead of me and the gym was not such a drag... But I know once the days get longer and the weather gets warmer I wont mind going so much after work.

I use to work out at night. How about yourself? I'm the exact opposite. Back when I was in college I used to go to the gym before class and get my workouts done, but I'd end up being tired and dozing off in class, my workouts only energize me for about 30 minutes, beyond that point it wears me down. So now I pretty much do it in the evening when I get home from work.

I am the same way. I hate getting up and going in the early AM but I find that my workouts are usually pretty good (if not GREAT) and I feel great for the rest of the day. If I go after work, I am so not motivated and have to drag myself to the gym. The workouts really suffer as well...
