However in the New York Courts, there are many fewer cases where men have sought spousal support or maintenance. This is simply because in more households the Husband is the primary wage earner and the Wife is the primary caretaker. In this day and age of women...ALOT people, regardless of gender really... 'cheating to make the relationship better', trust is in short supply.
