deepfridays Posted February 2 Report Share Posted February 2 2 words!DAMN RAIN!Sucks when its poors like that cause the crowd gets cut in half. Only did about 300 people througout the nite! (compared to the norm which is 600-700) but a GREAT VIBE on the floor none the less (gotta love the "die hards"....rain or shine they are always there)....Nite started @ dinner w/ the LUST boys.....good wine, conversation and WAY TOO MUCH FOOD! lol! Thanks to Jason for hookin up the dinner...... Anyone ever in Tampa def. check out T.C Choy's Asan Bistro in Hyde Park.... the goods.....Made it to the club @ 10:30....checked the sound, ect....Sheldon, Vaughan & Cecil showed up just after 11....."Vern" stepped up around 12:15 and played a really nice funky set.....(we seriously have the same style...lol ) nice programming and solid mixing Sheldon hopped on @ 1:30 and played amazing! really deep but keep it soulful in all the right places.....It was nice FINALLY having my boyz in "my house" ....just wish it would have been more crowded.....f'ing rain kills that place everytime..... A case of Amstel Light and several after-hours later.......the boyz made it back to S. Fla. (thanks for the phone call goodbye! lol)Pics on www.lust4house.com and www.thehydeparkcafe.com coming later in the week......until the "boat" party fellas!
