As for excercises, just stick with the basics..

Benching, squats, curls, etc...No need to get all fancy.

Also, you have to switch it up cause you body gets used to it

you can go on diffrent websites like mens health, or other mag. websites and they always have diffrent movements for diffrent kinds of ex.
