Water moves with Na ions, so elevated Na ions in the blood raises blood pressure, which in turn increases chances for heart attacks, strokes, ect...Be carefull with the K, b/c too much will mess up heart rythm.Nautica Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
