depends on your goals..

you def need protein in the morning..protein is what wakes you up...

and i know bananas & grapes have a high glcymic (sp.) rate..so if you're trying to get real tone than those fruit arent what you should be eating..

but in any case..you DEFINATELY need protein..at least drink a glass of skim milk

There are really no such thing as "good" sugars. Fructose, sucrose, lactose, anything with ose - signifies a sugar and the body will respond, accordingly (with an insulin response.)

However, fruits are a great source of vitamins and anti-oxidants, which are a must in every diet.
