ou812
Wrist curls, both over and underhand grip, and that movement where you get the wooden dowel with the rope through it and a weight at the end and you twist it up and back down.I also like to do reverse grip barbell/EZ-bar curls, good for the forearms and brachialis. Yep, yep. (keep on forgetting wrist curls here lately in da gym).Always work my brachilias (sp) at the end of every bicep work.

I do the same stuff when I do bi's tri's. Once a week. I don't know of any other excercises for the forearms, but that one with the rope is the one that totally kills my arms at the end of my workout. fineones
do u do them at the beginning of ur workout or end?i ussually do that at the end of back/bi's but i feel i'm short changing them by doing them at the end but i dont want to do them in the beginning and take away from my other excersices
chrismakk69
I do them at the end of my workout. I'm afraid I'll train them too hard and not work the rest of my arms as hard.

ou812
Do them at the end otherwise it will effect your grip strength while doing your back and bi routine. Try to skip using wrist straps as often as you can also, this will help you develop better grip strength and strengthen your forearms also.
