bullseye
u're wasting your time as cortisol levels spike after about 1 hour of resistance training. any lifting done well into an hour after your workout will only catabolize your muscle.i'll do my best to take ur word for it. JonStephen
u're wasting your time as cortisol levels spike after about 1 hour of resistance training. any lifting done well into an hour after your workout will only catabolize your muscle.depends on how you are spending your time working out....when I lift by myself, by the end of my workout I'm usually sweating because I work so fast and so hard...but when I have a lifting partner, usually the workout can take a lot longer like on the lines of an hour and a half to two hours just because some of the time is spent bs'ing and spotting. It can work either way, but if you overtrain, your muscle growth will be curtailed.
