I think it's a flirty way to dress in the appropriate place. There is this club I go to a lot and I always see girls dressed that way. I do it sometimes. Any other girls on here dress like that? (and this may be a total given, at this point)... if a girl's panties/thong is showing... that's an automatic 2 thumbs up, imo. And the way you describe it means their jeans are already halfway off... so that just adds the other 8 fingers to the thumbs up! lol....... funk... out.
