bullseye
work on those chicken legs of urs! jkdo some legs, catch up on cardio. but, there is nothing wrong with taking a few days off to avoid making an injury worse. i wish i followed my own advice. ou812
Get plenty of rest, plenty of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, aminos and straight protein. Prolly wouldn't be a bad idea to up your water intake too. This might be understood, but obvisouly don't do any movements that would use your biceps, hell, leave your whole arm out of it. chrismakk69
Yeah, I've got some pretty bad shoulder issues and after a few months of constant training, I like to take a week or two off to let my body completely rest and start it all up again. ou812
last week i had a very heavy lifting session and i did more reps than i should have...Too many reps does not tear muscles....................bad form does.If you're form is correct all that will happen is your muscle will fail, not tear.
