sunnyhost Posted June 21 Report Share Posted June 21 Moe's isn't in the Gables...it's in the Grove.Buuut...if you do want to go to the Grove..try Green Street Cafe. Same block as Moe's, but on the corner across from the cuban restaurant (Mambo). They just opened up a really nice bar area a few months back and you can either sit at the bar or by the street in these lil' couches and comfy chairs that they set up there (Segafredo style). Cool deal.As far as the Gables, I'm drawing a blank on a quiet place =/ Houston's (on Ponce) is cool, but noisy. The Bar (on Giralda..I think that's how U spell it) is cool, but some nights its really loud cuz' of bands playing and stuff. I'm not sure of the addresses so look them up. These are quiet places where two people can actually sit down, have a drink and actually listen to eachother speak. The Bar in downtown Coral Gables and Fox's Inn on South Dixie Hwy (which is probably technically in South Miami) both have great atmospheres for chillin' and throwin' back a few.
