Not only did I look better....I FELT better, had more confidence, more energy was overall a lot more positive. So, GO FOR IT!!! It wont do anything but make ya feel better. Dont skip the cardio altogether Danny, its integral to your entire workout. Its a balance of eating right, cardio and strength training. Also make sure you stretch A LOT.I try to get in the gym a minimum of 3 times a week, and take a pilates or yoga class once a week. Most of my weight exercises are isometric - the slower you do them, the less you use your momentum to lift the weight, working out your muscles more.Eventually when I get in shape, i'll start my ballet classes again.
