sobeton Posted August 24 Report Share Posted August 24 it could be inflammation of the knee joint. and or the muscles surrounding the joint. icing it down a few times a day, and taking an OTC anti-inflammatory may help a bit. if it’s stiff in that area and/or painful and has been for more then a week or so. I would get it checked out. I walked around with a torn meniscus for two months, before I decided to have it checked out. it's better to be safe then sorry.
