anyone need an apartment, nov 1?

Recommended Posts

I live in queens and want to move into Manhattan but $1100 is pushing it

whats up all. I guess yeah to some that price is expensive but for the city, the building, the size of the apt, and the neighborhood, its "verry good". Not sure how much you've been apartment hunting, but the $7-900's of the city are crap and in shitty neighborhoods. I lived in an 8x8 for 6 months at

$700 and wanted to kill myself. now i live inna 13x11 and its heaven.

Anyways, the place is nice. We r two recreational dj's with a verrry nice setup. Showed apt to alot of people and everyone loves it, but are looking for the right roomate. If you or anyone is interested, let me know. Peace.

Recreational dj? So am I. Would be awesome to live with two others who love music and spinnin'. But oh well, I'm stuck where I am.

ma-laka!

a three bedroom for $3300 a month?!! i'm sure other common

charges apply to a place like that.

i would just take out a mortgage and buy the place.

yasou!

agreed

I was hoping to buy something once I got a job (not in Manhattan of course) but the real estate market is nuts. I was looking to buy a studio in Kensington. 6 months ago, studios were $60-$80k. Now they are $110-150K.

:cuss:

oh well. i'm signing a lease in astoria today. a 2 BR apartment for $1325 with no brokers fee. :D
