purplebiro
Hi all,Me and the boyfriend are coming to town from sunny Manchester, UK for the weekend for some birthday fun. First time in New York so we need some serious guidance if we're gonna celebrate my birthday in the style it deserves. Back home we're lovin' the Plump DJs, Erol Alkan, DJ Yoda and all things breaks and beats. It's up to you, new york....H

truex1200
im curious to see what you 2 will think of our city. Alot of Europeans come to NY and the end up liking it, but when you ask them who has the better nightlife, they always say their home. Most europeans that i know who have come here to live (age19-26),en dup leaving because they think we are too prude of a country.
purplebiro
Well, I think you're only as prude as the people you hang with.Give me your email and I'll let you know what I think. I think Gods Kitchen will be our best bet but it seems a shame to go to a club that is based about 60k from us back home! Also I gather Morillo is playing on the saturday but weaw him a few weeks back! C'mon NewYork you've got to have something that Manchester doesn't! purplebiro
other thing i needed to know - what's the door policy for these places - this girl don't do heels - trainers (sneakers) all the way! and you'll have a tough time getting the boy out of denim.
