That's when I'll get a special outfit, make big plans in advance and want to do something special... And many people do the same. But I am told that TGE is in fact a bigger night out. Not sure if this is directly correlated to partying, or to more people going home drunk rather than staying out all night. This year I am renting a house in the Hamptons with a bunch of peeps...its going to be off the hook.
