Will someone make me a good healthy sandwich?

Don't believe everything you see on TV. Especially from subway. Most deli meats are high in fat and bread is loaded in processed carbs.

If you are going to make a sandwhich stick to whole grain breads and make sure your deli meat is not injected with fat. Also, leave off the mayo.

And a subway size 6" is way too much bread.

Thank you for the tip! Anything you might recommend "meat" wise? I assume just a regular loaf of wheat bread and some lettuce, cucumbers and such would work well. Baked chips?
