GLopez
I need to have a meat in it as well. I'd like something that I'd be able to make at home as well and not have to keep running to Subway every day. Thanks!!

elitesnautica
Don't believe everything you see on TV. Especially from subway. Most deli meats are high in fat and bread is loaded in processed carbs. If you are going to make a sandwhich stick to whole grain breads and make sure your deli meat is not injected with fat. Also, leave off the mayo. And a subway size 6" is way too much bread.Nautica

I assume just a regular loaf of wheat bread and some lettuce, cucumbers and such would work well. Baked chips?

michelle65
Yes it is, but their turkey meat is the best. ESPECIALLY the cracked pepper turkey. It's worth it. nomembername and tanyalover
