rudeboyyouth
Boston Comedy Club is pretty good. I've seen some local and recognized comedians there over the past few years who were very good. Also, the atmosphere's pretty cozy, and the drinks aren't bad at all. It's located at 82 West 3rd Street (Between Thompson & Sullivan)

ovrdose
i liked comedy cellar out of all the ones that i went to in the city. caught seinfeld and chappelle there on random nights. www.comedycellar.com is the website, you can get more info on there. just make sure you make reservations, esp on weekends you can't just show up and get in. But they get serious talent performing thereThey are right in times square, saw dave atell a couple of months agodave attell is garbage... he's not even funny he just goes for shock value, but it's kinda hard to shock people nowadays... i've only been to a few... forget one but the other one was comedy cellar... the place is the shit!! You can sign up for the "guestlist" on their website and if you print out the ticket you dont have to pay the cover for you and 3 of your friends... it's just a two drink minimum... good food, cheap drinks..
