raincry Posted April 15 Report Share Posted April 15 yes there is! my aunt and uncle are a very good example....they still hold hands and are very lovey dovey like if they were dating eachother.....and it takes both parties so the love doesnt fade away, so yes everlasting love does exist that's always nice to hear....it makes you feel that it is possible to have that never ending love....i know at least four couples like that.....i'm proud to say that my man and i have been together for 11 and married for 10.....that's a rareity to see in the younger generation......and i could honestly say that our relationship has gotten even better. fresinha12 Posted April 15 Report Share Posted April 15 same here, infact in my family I only know of 2 coupels who had a breakup...everyone else been married for 20+ yrs.... and I mean my family is huge...its all about being faithful...I think most relationships breakup b/c lack of trust or if one partner cheats on the other...or one partner is abusive (usually associated with being drunk)....very few couples rarely ever have issues that are so severe that would lead to a breakup....culture plays a big part...some older couples from italy,cuba, spain, ME and asia tend to be very loyal and faithful...on the otherhand the younger generation from PR,DR, italian-american, asian-american have extremely higher rates of breakups than their grandparents or parents...i can give u alot more than that...i could probly name 13 couples in my family that have been together 10yrs + Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
