I am doing the marathon as part of a charity team, the NYRR Foundation Team for Kids. My teammates and I are raising money to help kids to join Running Partners, an acclaimed youth development program that serves New York City children who have little or no access to structured physical education. I have committed to raise $2,500. Your contribution will help pay for the training, supplies, uniforms, events, and transportation that make Running Partners happen, and will truly give kids a running start.
